Bags, Bookmarks, and Bracelets!!

Dear dear bloggers,

I'm terribly sorry for not posting for soooo long. It just seems like such arduous task to take pics, edit, stamp, and post them here. I do apologize and I appreciate your interest.

I've been creating bags, incorporating my paintings, and also cuff bracelets, and bookmarks. Here are some samples. The reason is that I found this wonderful local market that just approved my request to become a vendor. Soooo tomorrow for the first time, I'll be participating.

Painting Again!!!

This painting was incomplete on my easel for several weeks. I was unsure where I was going with it. Today I felt inspired and just experimented with some blues. Now I'm so happy with it!

Esta pintura permanecio inconclusa por muchas semanas. No estaba segura a donde la llevaba. Hoy me senti inspirada y decidi experimentar con algunos azules. Ahora estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados.

Lots of Inspiration !!

Soo, I went from making silver wire jewelry, to collage, to painting portraits. Lately, I've been so inspired by vintage, Victorian, shabby art, that I decided to give it a shot. My first inspiration came from a very sweet, kind, and talented lady Ms. Cat, from In The Light of the Moon creations ♥ I admire her art and she's making me a personalized cuff, yay!! Then I learned to crochet the little heart attached, from the wonderful tutorial at Little Birdie Secrets blog, easy and fast and pretty!! THEN another generous and talented mixed media artist, Ms. Thespa from Vintiquities workshop teaches us for FREE how to make those gorgeous roses!

I'm very very thankful for all these amazing artist that besides being so gifted are also so kind and giving.

Finger Painting!

Don't get me wrong, just because I've been neglecting my dear Blog, it does not mean that I haven't been creating. I keep struggling with my perfectionism. So last week I decided to paint the main subjects with my fingers, and then add details with paint brushes, and here are a couple of results.  As always, Thanks for Visiting : )  ♥♥♥

I love the winters in Texas, the sky is at it's bluest. Usually we get a new camera, camcorder, for Christmas and love using it outdoors. Check these out, from downtown New Braunfels.

2011 will be a most FABULOUS year, I'm planning on it : )
