Final Steps

Ok, so for the next steps I paint the face accents and hair. Here I could not get the color right, fortunately, mixed media is very forgiving.



Ta Daa ! The final steps are to give it the distress, aged look: inking, blotching, sanding, sometimes even scraping the wood, and then coating it with beeswax. Fun.
