PS. Sorry about the watermark. I'm trying to figure out how to make it invisible for future postings :D THANKS for Visiting!

I finally repaired all the "flaws". Had to lose the blue eyes since I was unable to make them look natural or even interesting, I softened the accent lines, colored the lips some more and ... Yes I applied the feared beeswax, yay success!
Remember that clicking on the pic will show much better detail.
I really do appreciate all the supportive comments, I tried visiting all your blogs and say hi. However I was not able to access some of you and I want to thank you here: Julie Scott, Sandy, Melony, and CorazonArt (love the name).
Big thanks also to our dear Leah for her AEDM challenge. AEDM has allowed me to meet a fantastic group of very talented, kind and generous artists!

Also I have been making granny squares for the ''l'amour sans frontieres", an initiative to help an animal shelter in Paris. Even my daughter has been creative. She was inspired in school to make this baby with a 2Lt bottle. The head is made with felt and a sock. For the pacifier she found a cabinet knob : )
I believe she improvised beautifully!
